Lunch Cancellation Policies for School Absences
Graul's School Lunches is dedicated to customer satisfaction. Changes may be made by Friday at 8:00 AM for open future weeks of school. If your child will not be attending school on a day a
lunch has been purchased a lunch credit will be issued provided the specific lunch is canceled on the web site by you, the user. The cancellation will result in a lunch credit that can
be used to purchase a future lunch, cash refunds will not be given.

Lunch Refund Policies
Cash refunds are only available for the following reasons and must be processed by telephone: 410-823-6077.
Long term purchase has been made and family relocates.
Student is sick or injured for a period of 1 month or longer.
Student is sick or injured and cannot finish the school year.
Delivery is provided by Graul's School Lunches to the participating school. The delivery fee is included in the price of the purchased lunch. The delivery days are set up in advance by the participating school and Graul's School Lunches.
